El Paraiso Golf Club

Situated  North  of the N 340 at km. 167 between San Pedro and Estepona, El Paraiso was designed by Gary Player in 1973 and is one of the oldest courses on the coast. Whether you are a low handicapper or just wanting to enjoy a round of golf on your holiday, the course offers golfers an exciting challenge. The setting is incomparable – lush fairways are punctuated by meandering streams, flanked by palm trees and an abundance of exotic fauna, including oleander, jacaranda, and mimosas. Lakes provide a home for water birds and the golf balls of the unwary. Silence will be appreciated as there are no major roads near the course. Signature hole is the sixth where the big hitters can hit the green in if the draw their drive, a lake on the right will take care of any sliced second shot though.
